What is an expense reduction  franchise?

An expense reduction franchise (also known as a cost reduction franchise ) is a business model that incorporates the expertise, support and contracts of the cost containment franchisor. Such a franchise set up enables the analysts in the expense reduction franchise to efficiently reduce costs for their clients yet allow the expense reduction analyst to earn a percentage of that saving. An expense reduction analysts franchise is therefore a gain sharing model that is a win-win for both the client and the cost reduction franchise. The expense reduction analysts franchise pays a fee to the franchisor to become an analyst. Typically an expense reduction franchise is a separate entity that is licensed to operate under the cost reduction franchise name. In the case of Alliance Cost Containment the cost reduction franchise is permitted to use the name Alliance Cost Containment.
