YOUR FRANCHISE TERRITORY

Your territory is the foundation of your business. Your territory is where your customers, revenues and future growth originate. If the territory is too small, increasing revenue can be difficult, and fellow franchisees may compete for customers within your territory; If the territory is too large, it can be difficult to develop, and it can consume your resources.

This is why we operate on an open territory system. You will still chose your geographic area and base your business there and we will define your terrirory based upon the number of businesses with annual revenues of between $10MM and $500MM. We will then restrict other franchisees from advertising (via print and TV) directly in that area.

This means that if you have a contact in someone else's territory we do not restrict your ability to close a sale and for your C-level contact to become your client.
